Good morning,  can I get a personal loan as a down payment for an investment property?

I have one property that I bought last year for $475kCurrent value is $520kInterest rate 6.75%loan amount is $352,000 (I put 25% down when I bought it)Monthly P/I escrow is $2680Rents for $2400im debating putting 100k on the loan and recasting it. this will lower the payment roughly $650 a month and will make it cash flow.

Purchase price: $204,000,000 Cash invested: $60,000,000I worked for a Hong Kong public company & high-end luxury residential developer and helped to develop a $204 million condo project called "The Graystone" which is in Seattle's First Hill District.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is basically a possible framework for my semi retirement.  5 year plan Assumptions-My own company is building everything (except electric) and cost savings can be opportunistic on overstocks, returns etc, but my cost assumptions don’t include any savings here.

One with 38 units on KSL (Like Craigslist), two on the MLS, and another on Facebook Marketplace.Four of the four were seller-financed, two with 0% down, two with down payments, and one at 0% interest.
