The average person can scale and truly change the trajectory of their life and their family for generations with equity and forced appreciation, you just need to be patient, the cash flow comes with time. 

This is proof WHY real estate investing is a patient long-term play and not a get-rich-quick scheme.

You cannot ask further questions about their patient/client.IF their disability is apparent and the animal of obvious service, such as a blind person being led by a seeing eye dog, you cannot even ask these two questions. 

I need someone that is going to be patient with me and also help me get the deal so we both can win!

Specifically looking into things like cost, area safety, ROI, taxes.

If you like the market, I'd say be patient.

My guess is that the secondary market for private notes like this is not going to be highly liquid and you would likely have to sell the note at a discount, unless you were pretty patient. 

Be patient: When it comes to investing, there are a lot of other factors you have to put into play as opposed to finding a place that just fits your personal needs.
