I need help everyone. I am new to real estate since 10/21 and I really enjoy it more than my current W2 job as a physical therapist. I have a STR in yucca valley that I enjoyed creating and currently managing and want to be more involved with real estate as a career on the day to day. What do I do?? I keep going back and forth with being an agent. I see houses being constructed and think that it's so cool to see that progress. I just don't know what to do but I am so bored at work all I think about is investing and finding ways to get my next multi family deal and a career in real estate. Any help about career options would be so great!
