I just saw a presentation on a web site that will sell mortgage notes nationwide.

I would like to see a report that tells me all happenings with a particular piece of property, such as the info of the current tenant, what their rent is, when and how much they've paid, their contact information, the value of the property, what work orders have been conducted, what work orders are outstanding, etc.

I do believe from what others said there underwriting can be quite stringent.along with reporting ( now this might just be their buy and hold product.)rates your talking about are about right for todays market 11 to 12% apr.. for private HML.. which is on the low side nation wide its higher back east.

You will show the security deposit deduction and outstanding balance with a due date for payment.

I did some quick calculations based on the outstanding loan amount and figured out that at $150.00 per month she would never pay off the loan.  

You want to know if your friend can find out if there are outstanding charges against him from abroad.So my answer to you is that your friend really sounds like someone the USA could do without.

I am not convinced of the continuing outstanding appreciation in the short term.
