So, possibly for the OP if you are one of the only members of each of the LLCs you can legally manage them, but not if the property management company is a seperate LLC, I would talk to an attorney about having those smaller LLCs being owned by one larger LLC and see if that covers everything you are looking for, then as the larger LLC you can act as the property manager, but are the owner which keeps the legality.
