I did have a letter from the private lender (via email) sent to the seller's agent today, and the seller had not backed out up until this point, so I believe we are technically still under contract, but the seller is not signing the contract amendment that we submitted stating that the finance has changed from FHA to private lending.Have either of you had to force the hand of a seller who did not want to close?
