It forced me to separate myself from working in the business but instead work on the business, development systems, leverage, teams, network etc.. this made me building and process slowly to have my systems, leverage and team in place and do all necessary details work prior to buying a distressed property.

I plan on attending a REI event next week and networking with experienced investors who have had experience/success “house hacking” or investing in multi family homes.

Just have to be willing to hustle a bit and network.

I’d highly recommend networking and meeting fellow investors in the area.
