You're still going to run into issues because, unless you have a Rentometer Pro account, it won't let you select the building "type" (which means it's not going to narrow it down by house, duplex, apt, etc).

It is also hard to say without knowing all the information.It also depends on the quality of the repairs you are making.Are you or your contractors doing band-aid repairs or fixing it to a point there it should last you 10-15 years before you have to factor it in.With that said, 1950's is a old home, but there are homes older than that make a great investment and homes newer than that, that can make a bad investment.Age of the house isin't everything.
