The zoning may be single family, but if the property was built as a multi pre-1978(?)

I am in search for a Real Estate Agent that has experience with managing or own Multi-Family Homes, and with whom I can work with analyzing the results from the Bigger Pockets calculations in order to find great deals.

Invest in single-family or multi-family?

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Abilene.

But it will need a LOT of work, insulation, updated wiring, new roof, heating system, and potentially a foundation.

I am also debating trading up into multi-family once I am comfortable enough.
