Does anyone have experience with Tiller?
Tiller will automatically pull financial transactions from checking accounts and credit cards into a spreadsheet allowing you to then set up a simple financial cost tracking system. I've tried several cloud based accounting platforms that can do this, but most are set up for freelancers with a focus on invoicing. Coding expenses was cumbersome and would take several steps per transaction. I would think most RE investors don't need to invoice anyone, you just need a simple spreadsheet to track and code expenses and rental income.
