Just like when the big company in CA tried to do that to my 80 year mother.. she signed up for it..

5 months in they wanted to move out because they didn't have enough spending money at the end of the month, at the end of 2 months notice they asked if their mother/boyfriend/brother could move in to help offset the costs.

Everything is either single family/mother-in-law/duplex or BIG.Many of these buildings were made before WW2.

For instance, if a single mother and a child age 19 moves--the child doesn't work and have any credit and is in college etc, what can I charge for that adult child being an additional tenant?

(and of course, mother ROME) would all burn!

The only thing your mother may not like, is there are no branches and you cannot physically meet with them, however, that's one way they keep their fees low

My mother was a nurse in a nursing home for a while, a little different than assisted retirement communities, and it was absolutely horrible what the system does and how our elderly are treated, I agree. 

We also have another rental property business LLC with my husband and I, my father-in-law, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law as partners.

Just to be clear here, we are talking about literally taking a child's toys, because his mother has problems.
