I started reading it on Sunday night, woke up Monday morning and didn't put it down until I finished it.

It's so easy I find it sometimes shocking people still get up early in the morning and go to a job.

For instance people do not just accidentally go to work and arrive on time; they predetermine a goal to go to bed the night before at a reasonable hour, purposefully set their alarm, use will power to get up when it goes off in the morning and plan their route according to traffic before leaving the house.This just goes back to habitually setting goals, making a plan to achieve them, preparing ourselves, and using will power to accomplish those goals (no matter how seemingly big or small)!

Next morning, the non-signing partner calls and says no, they want to keep the house.

Someone who would invest with me (using the decent stack of cash I do have) and teach me, in exchange for a percent of my profits.Today, immediately the morning after posting the ad I received a phone call from a man that owns a wholesale, rehab, and brokerage in my hometown.

I plan on figuring out how to use it on my 4 hour flight from PDX to Ohare...  

I could register an LLC right this minute, buy a piece of property in it tomorrow morning and then sell the LLC to you an hour later.
