I have spoken to property managers who have lost thousands for want of  a simple AKA search.Also, if someone is that invested in a tenant's report, perhaps they're in a less in demand market, and they want to be sure they reject a tenant.For the prospective tenant: their life is getting screwed over because of a less then thorough company.

If you take matters into your own hands you could lose you case, you could lose everything you own, you could receive jail time, and more importantly you could lose your life.

But the reality is with so many they just don't understand what they are signing and just go with the idea of whats it going to cost me a month without any after or forethought to cost over the life of the loan.Not to mention no money down or cash back loans.. all of this was just a ticking time bomb.And of course with the backend commissions available to mortgage brokers on the sub prime deals and the fact that in most states MLO were not even licensed. you just had a recipe for bad behavior... and failed industry...

Residential get used to nights and weekends and no life to speak of.

There is a lot of money to be made and life is too short to have disagreements over pennies.
