@Graham Lowe, I don't think you can both be on an FHA, unless you get married...There may still be opportunities to partner up, but an FHA is probably out of the question.

Considering creating (or repurposing an existing llc to) a small real estate management company, specifically to manage properties that we already manage (we are a married couple w/a small portfolio and handle 85% of the needs personally.)

For me to be a sahm, we knew that we'd have to replace at least a good chunk of my income, so we started saving and investing when we got married.
