If you get in front of them, then you could potentially loose that client or all your investor clients if they find out.I would also say that most of my clients would never do the deals I do or want or be able to do them.

They are starting to get a bit loose, but look good.They wash up well, don't produce much lint and you can use bleach to get out something that won't come out with the wash.

Mortgage rates aren't tied directly to the Fed's rate changes - they track the 10 year treasury note more closely... but with that said, they do seem to follow along loosely with the Fed's actions.I will tell you from my experience that finding single family homes are easier - just because there are more of them.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.

He was too lazy to send a contract for you to sign so in my eyes you are not bound to anything, you should check with an attorney but it's doubtful this fool would try and sue you.
