It was a 9 AM hearing so I cleared my morning calendar but had a meeting set up in the afternoon.

This is redicilous. 1 that the city can fine you on weather or not your pets have had their vaccanations (although as a dog owner I think they should) and 2 that the city is to lazy or incompetent to figure out who the owner of the pet is as opposed to just assuming the owner lives there.

I was in the middle of eating at a restaurant when I answered and the seller was also busy so I'm supposed to call him back this afternoon.

I'm a lazy guy so let's try something different. 

In a lot of markets people are saying that the deal flow is drying up, but I think that is just an excuse for people being lazy.

He went through his 23 ways to buy a note in one afternoon which was way too fast.

It gets accepted over the weekend, signed on Sunday, emailed us on Monday afternoon.

Sun's out this afternoon, though.

i think it's just text lingo...lazy damn younger generation :)
