Looking to Network in Sarasota/Bradenton Area

I am interested in buy and hold rental properties.  I currently have one property, working on my second.  I am interested in learning more and networking with people in my area.  I know there are experts out there that I could learn from as well as assist in their growth.  There does not appear to be (or I could not locate) any local events, groups, etc. affiliated with BP in the area.  Please touch base with me, I look forward to meeting some new folks!
