I do agree a allure type of product would be more friendly but it’s not a upscale look.

You'll get better cash flow and less tenant-friendly laws.

People with money are constantly being approached so it's a good idea to be subtle and friendly unless you have an actual deal that you are shopping around to find a partner for.

For an early-stage sponsor, the best audience is your inner circle of family and friends because they (hopefully) already trust you.

We both are from Ohio (Cincinnati & Dayton) and are fairly familiar with Columbus, but have close friends and family who live in the city that can provide location advice.

Specifically I am looking for a good, trustworthy, investor friendly general contractor from the area to work.
