@Kelly Rastatter I recently had this issue and posted the job on craigslist, asking for responses WITH referrals on their septic work. 

We are in week 3 and the job still isn't done.

There are certain loopholes in securing a second FHA loan, if you prove after a year that your job moved you over 100 miles is the most common. 

I like some sort of say on who is in the property and feel I would do a better job myself if I can find time.  

Shane, There are a few things I saw on the report that I think you should ask for seller assist so you can fix it yourself (Never ask seller to fix anything, they are trying to keep as much profit as possible, so they are inclined to do half-*** jobs) or ask for 2-3K reduction in price.
