These could not be put on a required online pay, but I believe I can include a requirement to pay online for all of the private pay tenants.My problem is that it appears pay lease won't accept accounts under 100 units (per the email I got from their website after requesting info).

End of day its similarYou should not put back the initial capital at the end of the year unless you agree to but you don't benefit from it and actually lose because your structure appears that you don't put in any capital.

Many people below the federal income threshold are getting a bonus unemployment of $600/week that expires at the end of July.We had a woman apply saying she was getting $750 per week of unemployment which appears to meet our income requirements.
