While a 721 does offer some depreciation benefit. 

They can connect with you and be your boots on the ground offering you a chance to see properties with video showings and talk to you more about the market.

You shouldn't need any umbrella insurance with Proper since they offer everything in one, but you have the option to up the liability as well.
