I'm guessing it would be pretty easy for the landlord to get the lein thrown out but it may be even easier, cheaper, and quicker for him to just pay the lein instead of fighting it out.

After you get off your day job, it is not very easy to go feel like showing clients around.Like hopeful_homes said, maybe I will refer my clients for a commission.I think a lot of my problem comes from the fact that I do not feel comfortable with my broker.I wanted to do flat rate MLS listings for 300 bucks.

The western union thing is kinda strange, but banks ask me all the time for some kind of fee to delay an auction, countrywide in particular it seems.EMC has never asked for such a fee though and is generally pretty easy to deal with other than losing faxes all the time.

I found something the other day and will be doing a tour of it tomorrow.4 Family $150Kit has 2 tenants currently paying $875 each and I think it needs a new roof, carpets and paint.Taxes are $6,775 per yearI think it could make $4000 a month easy with the other two apartments rented and the rent adjusted to the market.Does this seem like a good deal?

A friend of mine always told me the cheapest/best route was to do it yourself and then have a electrician certify it.The house i'm closing on next week has no interior walls ,so running the electric will be quite easy to do.
