Possible winner (crossed fingers)
I found something the other day and will be doing a tour of it tomorrow.
4 Family $150K
it has 2 tenants currently paying $875 each and I think it needs a new roof, carpets and paint.
Taxes are $6,775 per year
I think it could make $4000 a month easy with the other two apartments rented and the rent adjusted to the market.
Does this seem like a good deal?
