If your property makes for instance 30k NOI after expenses but you work it full time as a job then it is hampering focusing on acquiring more income properties passively.

We have seen instances of tenants/contractors doing a google search for an investor active on BP who came here to ask questions in regards to the relationship to the tenant/contractor that has mucked things up, they have since introduced the ability to have just last initials, and rolled out the Pro Forum that is not searchable by google and gives you an extra level of protection against being googled.

Here on the island for instance the average house price is still only a few hundred thousand and the rents not too far removed from you'll see over there.

Putting that aside, they may have been changing the language of the deed, for instance tenants in common and changed to joint tenants with the right of survivorship.

I was reading through their purchase and sale agreement and it says this"This contract may not be assigned by Purchaser without the prior written consent of Seller in each instance and any purported assignment(s)"I wasn't sure if this was normal in a purchase agreement.

yep its like zillow is haunted, for instance when i go to my 4 bed 2 bath house for sale on zillow, it changes it to a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and i had to email zillow to fix it. but then it was still wrong on trulia and realestate.com, making it look like was selling an apt/condo!
