Personally if I was to look at a house and seen 2 identical rehabbed homes (side by side) and one was for sale by a license rehabber and the other by Joe Blow, I would probably consider paying a couple hundred more for the licensed rehab project.

@Luther Wilson IIIIf you haven't noticed, most lenders making loans on rental properties and flips based on credit scores, with no income verification, have borrowers sign a document stating that if they owner-occupy the property, they will be foreclosed on.Why do you think they do that?
