There are a number of threads where the topic has been discussed recently.Having an online service is nice but you need to learn more about how investor think if you want to identify properties that will appeal to investors.Most birddogs will focus on properties and investors that are local.

It does depend on the ground being able to handle the load created (volume of fluids that can be absorbed into the ground).As an area becomes more developed and homes are closer together then a sewage plant is build and lines are put in so that homes can connect.
