I am trying to rent out a property where it's already zoned business and personal use:  someone can live upstairs in a 2 bed 2 bath, and run their business downstairs.

there is commercial sales and leasing.. there is PM business there is time share sales.

Look at the projections and understand the business plan and risks associated before investing.

@Matt LopezNot an economist but smaller banks will be in a lot of trouble, banks will also tighten lending standards making it harder for people and businesses to get loans which typically leads to higher unemployment due to cash flow issuesThis will then lead to softening in housing.

You have to run your STRs like a business, not a passive income stream.

Also, have a solid business plan to sell them on.

I started my RE Investing journey in 2023 learning from some people who are already successful in the business.

Reaching good accountants in February and March is much harder since they get busy!
