Not sure about that.One thing you could do is work with a general contractor and other pros (roofers, plumbers, flooring guys, etc.) to offer their services to people whose houses need major repairs, since you will be seeing a lot of that.I have vendors that pay me when I refer them to homeowner.

I also believe there are a lot of good contractors that get a bad wrap because the homeowners and/or project managers were not clear with there project scope.
