Lastly 30% is too high for a STR management company, especially one that says how often or how long you can stay at your vacation home.

Myrtle beach is in high demand, Matter of fact I am currently in an ocean front unit 10 min south of Myrtle Beach, Garden City, 

CC rates are too high.

I would highly recommend this be held by a title company if you are to proceed with another assignment transaction to better protect yourself.

I highly recommend reading more about why S Corps are not the right structure for LLCs with rentals.

Seems like with the high home prices and higher interest rates right not that finding a property at a discount to market value may be THE KEY to RE Investing.
