There is no form of basement construction that is waterproof by design.

Letters around $0.70 to $0.85 for printing and postage.If you get into fancier, glossy items it will run more.So, a letter campaign of 500 pieces per month would get you $375 to $425.These don't include costs for buying lists or design work you might.

I think it could go up to 300K but maybe not much higher.There is one other similar new construction house in the area which sold for 350K but had a full basement and attached garage, which my design does not have.

From my own math it looks like I would clear minimum $600 per month cash flow and possibly up o $1000 per month if I were to hit a grand slam on the deal.  

From my limited experience and from others that I've talked to, the NE seems to offer some of the best returns as the houses are a little cheaper, they often have suites already in place (and if built before 1972 might be grandfathered) or designed to make a suite easy to put in.

I'm planning on forming a building and design company and am contemplating on which direction to go in for name of company and branding. 

Provide excellent property, elegant design, quality service, cleaner than their own home. 

However service based businesses, by design, will never be able to move online and will continue to draw traffic to these centers.
