Wholesaling direct mail budget
I'm a new Kansas City wholesaler looking for a mentor, but I had a question regarding starting a direct mail campaign. What is a suitable monthly budget to start a constant and consistent deal flow?
$500,$1000,$1500,or $2500+?

Depends on how many homes you wish to target and how frequently.
In general, postcards printed with shipping about $0.40 to $0.50 each. Letters around $0.70 to $0.85 for printing and postage.
If you get into fancier, glossy items it will run more.
So, a letter campaign of 500 pieces per month would get you $375 to $425.
These don't include costs for buying lists or design work you might.
