We were lucky this season and, despite hosting some large groups, only experienced a dented dishwasher door.When you get started, I found an awesome cleaning company called Moxie Girl.

Beige just looked dirty, just as some would say gray looks depressing.I was just at Lowes paint section yesterday, and some little girl said she like gray.

Near the end of the trip, they might tire of that and grab a pizza and eat around the coffee table.

She makes sure the girls stay sober. 

My quick tips to start:1) California not Cali... 2) determine your budget3) grab a map and get to know the difference between West Los Angeles, South Bay, Mid Cities, South Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Downtown and surrounding areas like Silverlake, Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Echo Park in a general sense.  

I'll betcha if it hadn't gone up in value the lawsuit would have evaporated years ago.Not a chance, Ron...this wasn't about a value-grab it was about a foreclosed out homeowner that wanted his house back and I guess his lawyer wasn't skilled enough to realize that when a house sells to a Bonafide Purchaser for Value it is final and irrevocable. 

Considering the media has grabbed onto this event, I want to make sure to have all my bases covered.

also if your not afraid of the inner city you can grab a home pretty cheap and fix it up with the right contractor, then you wont have much maintenance to worry about. good luck 

Although parking will continue to be an issue and will be a larger issue if this is implemented, i believe people will deal with the parking and park a few blocks back and enjoy a nice walk in and grab some coffee at The Coffee Oasis or the Corner Coffee and Cafe.

Not much gets moderated on that site.. and of course you take boys and girls that basically have all made it to some degree in Life and they are pretty smart very successful etc etc and they have some real opinions on all sorts of subjects...
