Any other differences between guests that you've noticed between platforms?

New to BP platform; I am not finding it friendly to use.

If you are in need of skiptracing a large list you can submit the property address, owners' names, and their mailing addresses to a skip tracing platform.

I'm sure I can use my skills, knowledge, and platform to help expand your reach.

I use both platforms: VRBO tends to be more for family vacation guests and AirBnb tends to be the younger set, who book last minute.None of this is "hard" but it does take one step at a time to get through it all.  

I use Transunion mysmartmove for the background/credit check because I don't like the way the automatic platforms that we use (apartments and zillow for two) don't give you specifics.

I want this but not sure how high I should offer. please comment if you know anything about this kind of platform.
