Actually, it's funny you mention TRIG meeting because I've actually signed up to agent one this coming Tuesday just so see what it's like and what I could learn.

Funny thing, in my market we have many options to meet up but I'm still thinking of starting another one for Montclair NJ investors and related professionals.

Funny thing is, when you have good rapport with your sellers, you'd be surprised how easily they give up the information of the person who tried to give them an offer.

But I mean he's not my biggest worry at the moment, I can deal with finding a more suitable PM after the bigger issues are cleared :) Funny enough I have about 5 different phone numbers from which the tenant calls me, but I don't have his email.

It's funny I show my wife a couple homes, she doesn't really want to deal with the C class building due to the repairs and sometimes the tenants. 

Funny that 'good value home renovations' I hear about on real estate today or HGTV return 70% of cost.

It's funny- I have friends in NYC and the east coast, and every once in a while I completely shock them with the news that there is actually an entire country just to the west of them- and those people out there, they aren't New Yorkers!
