The home was the largest by square footage and cheapest home in the region i was looking in.  

Selling as a duplex, but with the the option of financing as a single family dwelling. 1 bed 1 bath downstairs, 3 bed 2 bath upstairs, with 1 of the bedrooms downstairs (horrible functionality).

I work for the largest home builder in Tallahassee and with the current quantity of houses/apartments being built and renovations going on contractors can pretty much name their price. 

The search function worked great for me to find the answer to my question, without having to re-ask it. 

Keeping organized with a highly-functional app I could use anywhere was important.I also don't love Google calendar (though I begrudgingly use it) and find many productivity apps...underwhelming.

The rules limit what you can do as the account owner, but you can perform basic administrative functions such as making arrangements for repairs, paying bills, selecting a contractor, etc.

Husband ran down there - turned out that she didn't know the difference between a return and a heating vent, but new furnace was functioning perfectly. 

I used to own one of the largest PM companies in Metro Atlanta, sold it last year so I know everyone in the space. 

It’s a super old American Standard Oil Boiler (1960s) which seems to be functioning, but I have no idea how long it will keep on going.
