We don't cover plumbing clogs that are not cause by physical or mechanical issue with the system - so if a sewer line is full of tree roots, yes we would cover that.

We have several self storage locations ( most full from online search).

We currently own a single rental unit which we completed a full renovation on in 2021. 

When a lease is over, it's typically easier to get possession if things go south than just a full on lease dispute.

No they won't mind because you're paying them a fee for their services up front.But.....you'd better check your local regulations first before you think you're going to do the work yourself.
