I'm with KW in the DFW area I'm taking the BOLD training through KW and I have to get two listings by the end of May any feedback would help.I'm curious as to how I can win over my customers to trust me to list their home for themThanks in advance.

For utility customer service reps, it is not their first rodeo working with REIs, lol.Edited to add:  But be careful with water and/or sewerage accounts. 

From looking at my customer activity, I would say flipping never left though. 

What does customer experience mean to you (in respect to real estate)?

I really like that I can customize buyers' preferences in regards to target areas, price range, and types of properties. 

This real estate had an OPEN FLOOR PLAN CUSTOM HOME HEAVY TRIM.

Some of the features we had in this house include: CUSTOM BUILT 4 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME ON A LARGE LOT!
