I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field. 

@Michael Dolan, I've only been here 3 years, but Banks is definitely growing...and the tech seems to be creeping out this way even faster.

Downtown or even near downtown living might no be realistic for a growing family.

I want to keep growing my portfolio and B2R really seemed like it might be the answer but now I'm not so sure.  

So who knows where I will end up.I have been researching the topic of "Who to work for as an agent" and came to the conclusion that I need to find a brokerage that offers lots of resources, classes, wisdom, room to grow and reasonable terms.
