This way I can earn more faster, but eventually move into buy and hold completely.I don't currently have a job though, so I'm trying to decide what would be the best option:1) Work full time and wholesale in the evenings and weekends.2) Work part time and wholesale when I am free.3) Don't work and go completely into wholesale.How long does it take a wholesaler to start getting momentum?

Chris location does play a role in corporate tenants for leases but really the credit of the tenant, their books, and who is backing the lease, and lease terms are where most weight is given.What are your specific goals??

To me, cash on cash return is the number I will give the most weight to because I'm looking to maximime the return potential of my dollar, and if I can get into a property with an 8 cap with only 10k out of pocket vs a property with a 10 cap that requires 30k out of my pocket, the advantages of leverage may be more appealing to me than the higher cap rate.
