I do realize Baltimore is one of those cities that can be extremely varied when it comes to sections and neighborhoods.

If you offer someone 50% of the deal or some extremely high return, that also indicates a high amount of risk.

Including value add properties may expand your purchase pool and obtain ROI that is extremely hard to obtain via cash flow only.By the way: Love the Black Hills especially Crazy Horse (my favorite man made item, I have visited it 5 times over the years starting in 1995).Good luck

When I was visiting family in the Dallas area we filled up for around $1.75 and I honestly couldn't remember the last time I saw a gas price that started with $1 haha.Thanks for the insight Account Closed so typical ;) .

There are a ton of professionals out there that will take care of your property in a professional, honest manner and they can put more money in your pocket over the long run.A good Property Manager can screen better than the average Landlord because they are far more experienced and have more resources.
