A great local agent and fellow investor who also helped me a lot is  @Paul Leason.There were also a handful of other Grand Rapids investors from BP who were extremely helpful with tips and advice.

          I am pursuing an off-market property in south Coachella Valley, near Coachella.  20 acres with home.  I would like to split the lot, sell of some acreage, and keep the (remaining) lot with the existing home....

@Veronica Boyd, I'm extremely new to the industry, so I've been looking for the same thing.

I'm free for the summer (May through August), so hopefully I'll have the opportunity to shadow at least one investor (first-timer or expert).Also, I have included the option of hiring me as an assistant, if needed, so it can be a mutually beneficial relationship.

It may be extremely difficult to collect from them if they end up owing you money.

It's hard to find comps because a garage of that size is an extremely rare find around here.If anyone has any tips on how to decide which way to go I would really appreciate it.
