Hey @Abbie Little, my brother lives there and my parents live in Sequim so I am basing my opinion on their experiences.

I have read a couple of Brandon Turner books and the only experience I have with real estate is the purchase of my home 8 years ago, which was a short sale.

Question is with SO many strategies out there, how do you determine which is right for you without having to experience the failures or successes of each ?

Does anyone have any general advice about the Rochester market or have an experience in it that they would like to share about?

They are very realistic numbers for what you would experience as a house hack buyer or renter in Colorado Springs.Buyer - Buying a 450k home at a 6.625% interest rate with a 5% downpayment ($22,500).

Are there any MTR operators on BP forum who can share their experiences or give some advice about how a studio or 1BR/BA would work for MTR in this area.
