Recently passed legislation in North Carolina doesn't sit well with many of the types of companies which are based in the Raleigh area (source cnn money "...Cooper spoke as more than 80 CEOs and executives co-signed a letter to North Carolina's governor pushing for a repeal of a "deeply discriminatory" bathroom law...").Does anyone have any opinions on how this may play out?

Very state specific.. a decent lawyer who deals with construction should be able to advise you on this in a 30 minute phone call.In most states materialman liens are junior to anything in front of them IE construction loan.In our great state of Orygun though a properly filed and executed Materialman lien is a super lien and takes priority over any other lien except tax's.
