I'm married to my soul mate, Tyra and we're  excited to jump in the deep end of real estate investing.  

(real estate investing is pretty simple, but not easy)  Some of them actually buy a property, many of them pay too much for that property just because they were excited to buy something.  

I submitted my first offer and I am excited to find some more properties.

I'm very excited and optimistic for this upcoming year.

I am so excited for this journey and I look forward to connecting with great people in the Bigger Pockets' forums.

I will say though that you don't sound too excited about the investment.

I'm excited to join my local REIA group, and I'm having lunch with an investor friend of ours next week too.

Like I said I wont make a killing money wise but really just getting out there and completing the process once has taken that fear and allowed me to HARNESS it for the next project into a healthy excitement rather than letting it run all over me like I and many others have done in the past...
