There are risks associated with blankets, specifically exposure of all assets in the blanket, and necessity to release property in event you want to sell which could lead to unfavorable reappraisals...Having said this, your question is a risk/reward and strategy question.

I am a private lender and I find borrowers through my profile on LinkedIn at REI meetings and networking at other events.

In the event I am unable to get another US bank to provide financing, I may be able to source private lenders from overseas.

In the event that you have your debts squared away, consider househacking (duplex) OR room rentals.

Coming into 2020, it appeared as if 2017 was going to be the low point for Inventory this cycle since both 2018 and 2019 finished without setting new lows. 2020 was obviously an outlier year, so unless we see another "Black Swan" event I expect 2020 to be the low point in AVG Inventory Level for a very long time.

I would have had to tell my claimant and would have looked like a scammer, At this point I would much rather have an Attorney in the event, if issues were to arise.
