Have a family friend coming in to town for a 6 week rotation and we’re not sure if we need to do a lease and background check.

Condos are great for cash flow, but not so great for appreciation or cash out refinancing (BRRR) method purchasing.

Can anyone recommend an investor friendly real estate agent that covers the Brantford ON community? 

I am interested in finding SFHs and I also have a friend who is trying to unload a multifamily property in not so good shape. 

I have a friend of friend that is a pretty active flipper in KC that I will be connecting with but I wanted a broader perspective on KC too. 

I’ve also heard of seeing prices for similar homes that have sold in the area, but I also feel that method can be misleading.
