A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.

I work in the petroleum field as a sea going captain, and have my own worries.

I hope you look up and away from your phone and computer screen get a chance to maybe enjoy this time, as scary and different as it might seem to be.

@Michael PreterotiI have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear
