Response has offered a service to us for an additional substantial investment and I am seeking to find alternative resources to compare the services, success rate and costs.We are also actively engaged in utilizing other resources including Brandon's books, podcasts, local Meetups, networking but we do need some individual guidance through our initial transactions.The advice of this strong community would be most appreciated.

Consider engaging the management company currently handling the property to continue, even if the company is owned by the seller.

They were refusing to vacate the premises  for showings,  scheduling them for times the husband was asleep,  refusing showings that were in the specified times,  and actively engaging the prospective buyers taking them everything they thought was wrong.

Imagine you were speaking to a crowd of Kindergarten Children, You have to keep them engaged, right?

I'm against the pack here, but in my experience the only people without credit are those who actively hide income (generally people engaging in illegal activities and/or tax evaders).
