Newbie From Milwaukee

Hello all! 

My name is Javonni and I am a new investor from Milwaukee, WI. I have been in real estate in some form or another since I was 13. My parents have rental properties that I was able to help take care of and manage, and that really was the start of my interest in real estate investment, home building, and development. 

I currently am Assistant Superintendent at a mid-size homebuilding company here in Southeastern Wisconsin. I will be beginning courses for an Associates in Commercial Real Estate next fall and after that want to pursue a Masters in Real Estate Development. I also have done multiple wholesale deals and am really looking to grow that business this year. I have also been involved with dozens of flips in my career, and do some project management for flips with a small business I started. 

My goals are to grow my wholesale business and transition into doing my own flips, and getting multi-unit rental properties. I really hope to develop large apartment and offices buildings in my career. I am genuinely excited to start and be more active in this community and learn from you all and hopefully give knowledge as well. Good luck to everyone!
