@Jennifer Stillman I haven't done an in-depth analysis to compare appreciation in these towns, but I can state with confidence that the entry-level price point in any town is red hot.The reason is that rents are pretty high all over eastern MA.  

I did not engage any lawyers, nor did I get my own insurance carrier involved.  

One of the nicest things about this program for a borrower is the fact the lender pays for all 3rd party reports which keeps the closing costs, and engagement fee, very low.

Got a lot of roomies, theyre great but it really doesnt do much for my confidence, people will be encouraging but its just not what I need.  

I am involved in and around that same situation day every day either as representing the buyer engaged in a 1031 or as the Qualified Intermediary or I am the buyer myself so I am all to familiar. 

@Michael Baum Others didn’t have much info so I made my own hoping to get more engagement.

So this is a confidence boost.Can I ask who you use for Commercial Financing? 

Jim probably delegates but maybe Russ personally engages. 

However, is it advisable to engage different broker lenders simultaneously to secure the best option that aligns more with my interests?
